Ingredients

Oil     15 ml

Mustard     03 gm

Methi     03 gm

Onion    80 gm

Curry leaves    15 gm

Coconut milk    180 ml

Raw mango    80 gm

Turmeric    03 gm

Salt    as per taste

Curry Powder    03 gm

Red Chilli Powder    03 gm


Method

Pour oil into the wok. Add mustard methi, onion. Stir till light brown. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, curry powder and salt. Peel & slice the raw mango. Add mango to the onion mixture. Add coconut cream and adjust the seasoning. Garnish with fried curry leaves
