I think my partner is seeing someone else. How can I be sure about it? I feel cheated and lost.

Watch for changes in behavior. Changes in interests, in clothes, appearance, weight loss or gain, coldness, distancing, hostility; refusal to talk about future projects, disengagement from you, disinterest in sex and more noticeably simply everyday affections. Monitor those changes are they increasing or decreasing? It's the changes that give away clues.
It isn't pleasant to discover that a spouse has been cheating on you. In fact, it's likely to be devastating as the foundation on which you've based your personal life is totally rocked. Moreover, you may carry feelings of self-loathing for the manner in which you had to sneak about to find out the truth. All in all, the discovery process is harrowing and can leave you feeling raw. The fact is that it is better known than not. In time, you'll learn that while this is a traumatic experience, there is a person who deserves you and that it's most definitely not this person. Seek the support of friends, family and perhaps your doctor or a counselor to help you work through what is now a difficult period.
I'm in Class 11 and want long nails. Unfortunately I keep biting them off! Please suggest a way to help me grow my nails.
Pooja Mehra, Noida
Nail biting is a bad habit that can not only make your hands look unsightly, but if you bite your nails badly enough, you may permanently damage your nails, your teeth, or even your gums. Many people deal with this problem, so you're not alone. If you are tired of stubby and bleeding nails try these simple remedies to promote normal and beautiful nail growth. Try a bold color like red, or a color like black that will look silly if it's chipped because you're biting your nails. If you don't like color, polish them and apply some shine and growth promoter or petroleum jelly. It's harder to bite nails that are looking great. This is another great way to keep your nails covered. Get your nails professionally manicured, which involves getting acrylics glued to your nails. They last for ages and when you get them taken off, you will have your real natural nails underneath.
I think I'm in love with my childhood friend. She is not dating someone but I guess there is a guy from her college she is special with. I fear that if I express my heart, I might lose her. I'm confused!

This is never an easy situation. Professing your feelings could cause an awkward rift from which your relationship with her might never recover. If she does have strong feelings for you, she will break
up with her current boyfriend and pursue a relationship with you at some future time. In the meantime, try not to be obsessed about the situation toomuch (I know, easier said than done). It's difficult, but try to keep yourself busy with friends, hobbies, work. Transfer your passion into something productive. Try and meet some new people. You never know, you might meet someone who sparks your interest and perhaps eventually becomes the object of your affection.
We had a love marriage last year but we are not happy. Everyday there is a fight and he is a completely different guy! What should I do? I'm shattered.

Marriage and mirage sometimes go hand in hand. But, I would request you to hold on to your relation and try your best to make it better. A quiet vacation might act as a catalyst and you surely can get closer and sort matters. A constructive confrontation with loads of cuddles, love can help warm up the situation for better. This looks like an initial rough patch which will be green soon. Don't let go of your patience and dreams easily. Wish
you good luck.
