Sibal has turned Chandni Chowk into slum: Vardhan

Bharatiya Janata Party’s candidate from Chandni Chowk, Harsh Vardhan on Monday appealed to citizens to cast their vote on the issue of development.
 
He said that the ruling Congress government in the centre and party MP, Kapil Sibal, had turned Chandni Chowk into a slum. ‘After coming to power BJP will ensure all-round development’, Vardhan said. Campaigning in the national capital comes to a close on Tuesday evening.  

Vardhan started his public contact programme with morning walkers in Ashok Garden, Picnic Hut Park and Satyawati Colony. After that he staged road show in Ashok Vihar Phase-1KA to H-Block, Phase-2KB1 to C3-Block with BJP legislator Mahindra Nagpal. 

He also staged road-show in A-Block to F-Block Jahangirpuri under Adarsh Nagar AC. He addressed an important meeting of Sikh community in Sanjay Nagar Extension. Many prominent persons from the Sikh community presented a gift to Harsh Vardhan. 

In Model Town, Vardhan staged a road-show with councilor Arvind Garg from Sindhurawala Park to Gulabi Bagh. Thousands of people in this area promised to make Harsh Vardhan victorious. 

During a street play, Harsh Vardhan sought votes near Majnu ka Tila Gurudwara under Chandni Chowk AC. Here people from all sections welcomed Harsh Vardhan. He also staged a road-show from Golcha Cinema to Tiraha Beraham Khan, from Matia Mahal to Gariba Chowk under Jama Masjid Mandal.
