BALURGHAT: The decomposed body of an unidentified person was spotted at a pond near Balurghat Railway Station on Monday. The body was retrieved and transported to the Balurghat District Hospital for a post-mortem examination. Authorities have yet to determine the deceased’s identity but preliminary investigations suggest that the person may have passed away one or two
