Update: 2016-05-07 18:19 GMT
Deepak Agarwal, CEO of the Authority, launched the design, development and implementation of online map submission, automated building plan scrutiny and approval system of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. GNIDA also launched KYA (Know Your Allottee) and Greater Noida Investment Portal.

Design, development and implementation of online map submission, automated building plan scrutiny and approval system of the Greater Noida Authority will help the buyers to submit the plan of their house online.

By these systems, buyers can now gather information about their files online. Buyers will now get automatic approvals for their house plans and maps.

They can also check the status on the authority’s website greaternoidaauthority.in. Every file will get a unique number and on the basis of details, the Authority will send a notification to the owner and the architect. Software of this website will check the perimeters and will also inform the owner about the error. Registered architects can also login to this website. GNIDA will then give the notice or will sanction the map within 30 days of submission.

In the launching ceremony of the portals GNIDA CEO Deepak Agarwal said: “We want the buyers and the owners of Greater Noida to stop coming to the GNIDA office physically. We want them to stay at home and get their work done from there. We don’t need their physical presence in the GNIDA office.”

He said: “By getting these systems online we will help the buyers. The online system will also help attract foreign investment. The website will help people round the globe to check the status of their plot. Buyers can now check the availability of the plot online and can also pay for it online. We also added the map to real time GIS maps. The day the buyer submits the map, the buyer can go on with the construction.

If the GNIDA doesn’t reply in 30 days the map will be deemed approved.”

“The KYA (Know Your Allottee) portal is a challenge to the Authority and is a game changer.

Allotteeds will get a unique username and password through which he/she can login into his account and can get every information about his dues. There are around 27 services about which an allottee can get details. They can also pay the Authority online. In future, any new scheme will be launched online,” said the CEO.
