New Delhi: A woman in her late 50s died after her saree came in contact with the machine in the factory in the Narela area of Rohini district on Wednesday. Police claimed that her head was severed in the incident. A case has been filed and the investigation is on.
DCP (Rohini) Rajneesh Gupta confirmed about the incident and stated that strict action will be taken in the case. The deceased was identified as Shanti who was working in the factory for the past several years and lived in the Rohini district area. The incident came to light on Wednesday. The victim was working in the factory when her clothes came in contact the machine and within a few minutes, she received fatal injuries. The woman's head was sucked into the machine within seconds and her head was severed.
