Greater Noida: A seven-year-old differently-abled boy was sexually assaulted by a middle-aged man in Dadri area of Greater Noida on Saturday, with police on Sunday saying have arrested the accused and have sent him to jail.
According to police, the accused, identified as Satish, lived in victim's neighbourhood in a rented house.
He allegedly raped the boy inside his house on Saturday morning.
Victim's mother in her complaint stated that when she has gone out to market, she left her son at her relative's house in her neighbourhood.
The accused, who lives on rent in their house, allegedly took the child inside his room, while he was playing and raped him.
He threatened the child and thrashed him too. However, the child reached home and narrated his ordeal.
The family then searched for the accused but failed to find him after which they filed a written complaint at Dadri police station.
