New Delhi: A 40-year-old man who murdered a juvenile hawker after he refused to give protection money was arrested from Pandav Nagar.
Police claimed that the accused recruited teenagers in his gang to commit the crime in moving trains and in the area around the platforms.
According to police, the accused was identified as Sunil Bihari, a native of Bihar. In June 2017, Sunil Bihari had committed a murder of a juvenile hawker.
He killed him with Knife, bricks and stones by smashing his head and other body parts and threw his body besides platform.
The arrest was made on June 7 on the basis of an information that he would be coming near Mother Dairy, near Ganesh Nagar in Pandav Nagar to meet his associate.
Police claimed that the accused was declared a Proclaimed Offender by the Court. He told the investigator that he is operating a gang in Delhi -Mumbai Railway Network and used to commit robbery, Pick-pocketing, and Drug trafficking along with his gang members.
