NEW DELHI: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, while releasing the annual report of the activities and initiatives of Delhi Minorities Commission for year 2016-17 on Friday, asked the commission to be more vocal and proactive to raise and solve problems of the minorities in Delhi.
On the occasion, Kejriwal met a delegation of the commission led by its' chairman Zafarul-Islam Khan. The delegation also comprised members Anastasia Gill and Kartar Singh Kochhar, Delhi Minorities Commission, Secretary, Jayadev Sarangi and Abraham Pattiani, member of the previous Delhi Minorities Commission.
It may be mentioned that the new commission took over in the month of July this year and took the task of compiling and publishing the previous year report.
