New Delhi: The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University here, which is holding a three day long expo and conference, saw the third World Water Summit and the tenth World Renewable Energy Technology Conference being convened at the NDMC Convention Centre in the capital.
The programme, held in association with and support from the Union Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of New and Renewable Resources, saw Upendra Tripathy, the Interim Director of Solar Alliance inaugurate the event. Speaking at the event, Tripathy said, "The solar revolution will only come with the revolution in storage and that's the day we are waiting for." He also gave out the Global Excellence Awards 2019.
