Gurugram: Patient for so long, moment of joy can finally be coming for 280 families in Gurugram who will be allotted alternate plots by the Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). These families had participated in the draw of plots in various new sectors organised by HSVP then called HUDA. Contrary to the expectations the participants were not given plots of their choices.
Worse the allotment of the plots was also withheld due to various reasons and the issue got embroiled in legal complexities that continue to cause delays even further.
Now to compensate the buyers, HSVP plans to give the allottees the alternate plots. Most of the complaints have been received from the Sector-57, there are also a lot of complaints that have been received from Sectors 39, 56 and 38.
