GREATER NOIDA: An FIR has been registered by the injured director Rakesh Jain at Badalpur police station against a director of UP telelinks limited company who opened fire at the two directors during board meeting on Thursday in which he himself and one of the directors have died.
As per complaint filed by the victim, he along with his two partners in the company Naresh Gupta (60) and Pradeep Agarwal (55) were having meeting to discuss a financial dispute but when they could not come to a conclusion after half an hour, Agarwal suddenly turned aggressive and opened fire.
"We are present at Agarwal's cabin for the meeting where Agarwal and Naresh were discussing a financial issue between them and I was called to be settle their dispute. When situation started to go out of control, Agarwal went into the washroom and soon as he returned he opened fire on Gupta and took fired a few bullets at himself," said Jain in his complaint.
He further said that he had a near escape in the incident. "Soon as Agarwal started to open fire, I got scared and tried to escape, however before that he shot at me too and I fell on the ground, next thing
I saw was Agarwal firing at Gupta again and then he shot himself".
