New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will conduct its 11th online customer satisfaction survey from July 15 to August 14 to gather feedback from passengers on various aspects of metro services.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the DMRC said the month-long survey aims to assess public opinion on key aspects of the metro experience, including availability, accessibility, passenger facilities, information systems, service quality, customer care, safety and comfort. Commuters will also have the option to provide suggestions for improvement.
The survey will be conducted entirely online, and interested passengers can participate by visiting the DMRC's official website. A link to the survey form will be available on the homepage, and the form will be offered in both English and Hindi to ensure wider participation, it added.
"The feedback collected through this initiative will help evaluate the current services and identify areas that may need further enhancement. The survey is part of DMRC's ongoing efforts to improve its services based on public response," the statement said.
"The results of the survey will help us assess various components of metro services and make informed improvements wherever required," it added.
