New Delhi: The Dwarka district of Delhi Police on Friday has organised an interaction session with the students on the subject of cybersecurity, Himmat Plus App and self-defence technics for women at Apeejay School of Management in Dwarka sector 8.
Anto Alphonse, DCP (Dwarka District), interacted with the students and shared information about the various initiatives of Delhi Police taken for the safety and security of the citizens and offered to conduct free self-defence training workshops for the female students.
The seminar was attended by more than 500 students from over 27 colleges of Delhi-NCR who had come to participate in the Youth Summit being organized at Apeejay Dwarka.
SI Arvind of Dwarka district informed about the online threats in the cyberspace and gave tips about the various ways the public can safeguard themselves and make cybersecurity an integral part of their lifestyle. Over 350 students installed and registered themselves in the app.
