IGL marginally raises CNG, PNG prices in Delhi, Noida Greater Noida, Ghaziabad
Consequent upon the increase in minimum wages notified by Delhi government recently, Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) on Tuesday announced marginal revision in the selling prices of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Piped Natural Gas (PNG) Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad.
This revision in prices would result in an increase of 35 paise per kg in the consumer price of CNG in Delhi and 40 paise per kg in the consumer price of CNG in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad.
The new consumer price of Rs. 37.65 per kg in Delhi and Rs 43.15 per kg in Noida, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad would be effective from 12:00 midnight of May 16-17.
IGL will continue to offer a discount of Rs 1.50 per kg in the selling prices of CNG for filling between12.30 am to 5.30 am at select outlets.
Thus, consumer price of CNG would be Rs 36.15 per kg in Delhi and Rs 41.65 per kg in NCR during 12:30 am to 5:30 am at the select CNG stations across the region.
The consumer price of PNG to the households is being revised by 81 per scm across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad from May 17. PNG in Delhi will increase from Rs 24.05 per scm to Rs 24.86 per scm and in NCR increase from Rs 25.56 to 26.37 per scm.
