Ghaziabad: A sub-inspector here, Richa Sachan (25), died on Monday after falling from her motorcycle while avoiding a stray dog and being run over by a car. Returning from duty at Kavi Nagar police station, she was declared dead at Sarvodaya Hospital. Recruited in 2023, Richa was preparing for UPSC exams and planning marriage next year.
