From their possession, four country-made pistols, 10 live cartridges and a scooty used in supplying the illicit arms and ammunition have been recovered.

They were nabbed near Chirag Delhi flyover.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (south) Atul Kumar Thakur said that during interrogation, the accused Ankit disclosed that he used to buy country-made pistols from Aligarh at cheap price and further sell them in Delhi at a good price through his accomplice Sunil to prospective buyers. "Interrogation and verification for the source of supply in Aligarh and buyers in Delhi are in progress," said DCP south.
