Greater Noida: Uttar Pradesh government has approved imposing national security act (NSA) against two big builders who developed unauthorised flats in Shahberi area of Greater Noida.
The Gautam Buddh Nagar district administration had slapped NSA against two builders Jasvir Mann (36), resident of Gautam Puri in Delhi, and Shahbuddin (47), a native of Meerut which have been approved by the government.
"The administration has imposed NSA on Mann in October after it came to light that he had constructed 261 flats illegally in Shahberi area. The land belongs to GNIDA and the accused persons had not requisite permissions for the construction and sales of these flats. The structures were found to be weak and constructed without authority permits, no map clearances or building plans cleared" said a senior administrative
