Fatehgarh Sahib: As part of the Government of India’s nationwide campaign to saturate financial inclusion schemes at the gram panchayat level between July 1 and September 30, 2025, a state-level camp was held at Mahadiya village in Fatehgarh Sahib district, Punjab.
The event was chaired by Lakhbir Singh Rai, MLA from Fatehgarh Sahib. PNB’s State Level Bankers Committee (SLBC) was represented by Deputy General Manager Ramkishore Meena and Nitin Saini.
The camp, organised by Leading Bank Manager Mukesh Kumar Saini and Suman Sahota (Branch Manager, DC Complex), saw participation from over 300 residents of Mahadiya and nearby villages.
The public was educated on central financial schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, and Jan Dhan accounts.
