As Uttarakhand braces for arrival of monsoon, pilgrims of Char Dham yatra route need to take precautionary measures, weather officials have warned on Monday. After witnessing pre-monsoon showers in most parts of the state, the Met department has given <g data-gr-id="11">indication</g> of monsoon arriving here in the next 48 hours. “We are constantly watching satellite-based weather conditions and expecting light to moderate rainfall across the state on 24-25 June. Some districts like Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Rudraprayag can receive more than moderate rain on <g data-gr-id="9">Wednesday Thursday</g>. Pilgrims need to take precautionary measure in advance, although there is no need to panic,” said Anand Sharma of Met office.
