Two persons, allegedly operating as a gang of bag lifters, have been arrested by the crime branch, police said on Monday.
‘Acting on specific inputs, the anti robbery cell of Crime branch arrested Yousf and Mohammed Aajam Khan alias Bittu from near NDPL power house in Rohini Sector 11 yesterday when they came to dispose off some stolen goods,’ DCP Crime and Railways, S B S Tyagi, said.
Among other things, a motorcycle without a registration number, which was stolen from Vijay Vihar, has been recovered from them. The accused targetted passengers waiting at bus stops.
