Good music complimented with tasty food can be the best way to relax and enjoy the aura of leisure. When people around the globe are shifting gradually towards vegetarian dishes, Hard Rock Cafe (HRC) has introduced a limited edition vegetarian menu for the first time through which they aim to educate people about the benefits of a meat free diet, celebrating Vegetarian Awareness Month (October).
#BeEdgyGoVeggie has a series of innovative starters, salads, burgers, rolls and tasty cool drinks. The Pear salad has a perfect blend of the balanced taste of sliced pear, peppery arugula, iceberg lettuce, feta cheese, crunchy walnuts, cherry tomatoes and a light pink dressing of raspberry. A refreshing introduction to the menu, this salad is a must have for all and should hold a permanent place in the food chart of HRC. The Pico De Quinoa salad is a vibrant mix of Pico de Gallo, quinoa, arugula, iceberg lettuce topped with the sweetness of raisins and the crunch of walnuts.
Their Mexican Quesadilla veg burger is a smooth fusion burger of spices, polenta, sweet corn, Swiss cheese, avocado, beans and vegetables flavoured with tangy enchilada salsa. The nacho straws in it provide the much needed crunch in a burger while the enchilada salsa gives a hot and spicy Mexican flavour. It is a delicious mouthful for every burger lover until you are sensitive to spices. For people who prefer to go easy on the spice level may find solace with the La Confidential burger or the goats cheese and cauliflower burger. Believe it or not, chef Cyrus Irani, Culinary Director at HRC has created a burger with the patty containing cauliflower, goats cheese, oregano, topped with zucchini and squash planks, cheddar cheese, arugula, tomato and garlic aioli. The La Confidential burger is a double decker vegetable patty and crusty potato patty burger that comes with a smokey dip.
To accompany your meal you may choose to order from the range of tasty and refreshing concoctions in the menu. The ‘beet, orange and ginger juice’ is non-alcoholic and has certain benefits for you in stock. The ‘wasabi cucumber reviver’ is a cool and refreshing mix of wasabi, cucumber puree, gin and a dash of lemon soda, this can be a very good accompanying drink with a burger. While the former is warm and soothing the latter is cool and has an energetic aspect to it. The next time you step into Hard Rock Cafe do not forget to try out the vegetarian menu, available till the end of this month.
