‘Trinamool’s adjournment move shows commitment’

Update: 2012-10-29 02:51 GMT
The decision of the All India Trinamool Congress to move adjournment motion or censure motion (under rule 184) in upcoming Winter Session of the Parliament would be a proof of the party’s commitment to people. This was stated by the AITMC northern region In-charge and Rajya Sabha MP KD Singh on Sunday.

Singh said that the party supremo Mamata Bannerjee had already opposed the wrong decisions of the centre including the petro price hike, capping of subsidised cooking gas cylinders and foreign direct investment in retail. Now the decision to move motion in the Parliament is a sound proof that the party leadership was fully committed to the causes of the common man, he said while stating it as part of Bannerjee’s peoples’ friendly policies.
