The Jharkhand Tribal Empowerment and Livelihood Project is being implemented with the support of International Fund for Agriculture Development, covering 1,36,000 households, including 10,000 vulnerable tribal households, in Jharkhand since 2013. The programme will continue till 2021. Similarly, in Odisha, the Tribal Empowerment and Livelihood Programme is being implemented with external financial assistance, covering 56,180 households in 1,042 villages, since 2004. It will continue till March 31, 2016. MoS for Tribal Affairs Mansukhbhai Dhanjibhai Vasava said in Rajya Sabha on Wednesday.
