Short and Sweet one of the world’s biggest festival of 10-minute plays is in town. This year is the fourth edition of the festival in the Capital.
Each year Short and Sweet Theatre presents the best ten minute plays from local and international writers utilising the talents of the best young and established directors, actors and technical personnel to create some of the best theatre in the capital.
This year, along with local participants, drama groups from Mumbai, Pune and Chennai will also take part in the festival also a group from Dubai will be present.
This festival has been produced by renowned theatre personality Sohaila Kapoor and has some of the best ten minute plays for theatre lovers in the city. The Festival kicked off in July 2013 with a Curtain Raiser that included the best of previous years’ productions.
Thereafter, scripts from Short and Sweet Australia as well as original submissions from India were chosen by selected directors leading up to the Gala Finale.
