It is the story of Guido Montani, a successful writer and recipient of an elitist literary
award who joins a local pool for swimming lessons. His path criss-
crosses with that of Giulia, a beautiful woman who is the epitome of grace and finesse. They get into a relationship. Slowly, Guido realises that Giulia is concealing unusual and dark secrets about her past. The most chilling of them is that she is an ex-convict.
This 2008 film starring Valerio Mastandrea, Valeria Golino and Sonia Bergamasco has been directed by Giuseppe Piccioni.
