CRY- Child Rights and You, is conducting a three day theatre workshop in the Capital. During three days play will be staged around three broad themes; children's experiences in school, their expectations, trials and tribulations.
50 Children from city, aged 6-14 will be performing. Spectators will have a chance to hear their stories, expressions and opinions about their right to education and good or bad experiences of school.
The plays will be followed by a panel discussions on the themes presented. The discussion panel will consist of representatives from the government, academia, civil society and community for a consultation on implementation of Right To Education act. A report reflecting infrastructural gaps and violations of RTE Act across Delhi will also be released.
