Love your noodles? The Imperial has a great treat for you. Chef de Cuisine Veena Arora cooks up some mouthwatering noodle dishes at the Spice Route. Exploring popular specialties of Malaysia and Thailand, the restaurant will be serving this signature spread till the 29 September.
'Noodles or I should term them as Vermicelli rice noodles, are extremely light and can be prepared in multitude of ways. In Thailand, these ultra thin noodles are eaten for breakfast and are deliciously consumed with soups or eaten as a complete meal in the form of soups,' says Arora.
The menu offers 5 different types of noodles including Chef Veena’s secret recipe called Chef’s Special- Stir fried broad rice noodles with Keralite style mutton, garnished with curry leaves. Then there is the Yum Shiang Hai- Spicy and tangy square cellophane noodle salad and the Malaysian recipe Mee Goreng- Spicy yellow noodles with squid rings and prawns.
