Minerva Punjab FC held table toppers Aizawl FC to a 2-2 draw in a thrilling I-League match here on Saturday. Mahmoud Al-Amna (43') opened scoring for Aizawl and Lalthakima (56') doubled the lead before drama unfolded. Loveday (61') pulled one back for Minerva after the hour-mark and Kareem Nurain (81') levelled the scoreline.
Aizawl now have 30 points from 14 games while Minerva have 12 points from equal number of games.
