Sisodia orders scrapping of exam on reports over question paper leak

Citing out the clarification, Manish Sisodia, said, ‘It is a serious issue. I believe it won’t happen again. Re-examination is likely to be held within a month’.

The examination was held for around one lakh posts of teachers on Sunday, in which lakhs of aspirants had appeared.

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) had conducted the examination for the post of primary teacher for MCD schools. ‘As per information received by the board, questions from the examination have apparently been leaked. Accordingly, it has been decided by the board to cancel the said examination and reschedule it shortly,’ a statement from DSSSB said.

Sanjeev Kumar, additional controller for the examination said, ‘Yes, it’s true that we have canceled the examination. The exam was to start was 10:30 am but between 8 and 8:30 am on Sunday, a certain Bhupendar Ahlawat had given us information about the leak. He had initially updated the news on a social networking site’.

When sought for an opinion, Bhupender Ahlawat told Millennium Post, ‘I received a parcel at my gate on Sunday morning at 7:55 am. When I opened the parcel it carried the answers for the forthcoming exam along with their serial numbers. I then informed the DSSSB board.
