Winning a battle over board-based examination this year, school-based examinations for CBSE class X have shown tremendous rise in the number of students qualifying for admission to higher classes.
In Delhi this year, 46,192 students appeared for the Class X CBSE Board examination out of which 45,640 have qualified the examination. This shows 98.80 per cent of students qualified for higher classes in board-based examination.
On the other hand, students showed great interest in enrolling themselves in school-based examinations instead of board-based examinations in Delhi this year.
2,84,769 students appeared in the school-based examinations, of which 2,83,005 have qualified for admission to higher classes which shows 99.38 per cent of students have cleared the examinations.
