In a major reshuffle, Rajesh Pandey, who was the Sports Secretary, has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL), while Narayan Swaroop Nigam, who was the Chairman and Managing Director of WBSEDCL, has been transferred and posted as the Chairman and Managing Director of Calcutta State Transport Corporation (CSTC). Sayeed Ahmed Baba, who was the Principal Secretary of the Minority Affairs and Madrasha Education Department, has taken over as the principal Secretary of the Sports Department.
