Celebrity Chef Sweety Singh returns to Dhaba, the award winning restaurant at The Claridges, New Delhi with The Royal Punjab showcasing an array of authentic preparations from the rustic Punjab region using his secret blend of spices. Chef Sweety Singh who is known for the original Pindi Chole recipe, has conceptualised a special menu that will take Delhi’s food enthusiasts on a culinary journey of rich flavours and appetizing aromas.

With his true Punjabi fervour and years of expertise, Chef Sweety Singh shall create the perfect feast with dishes such as Tandoori Kukkad, Beetroot de Kebab, Rajma Khoya di Seekh, Jhinga Masale de naal, meat keema and many more.

Chef Sweety Singh is a renowned chef from Punjab, a veteran with over 19 years of experience in cooking authentic Punjabi food.  Over the years, he has brought about unique blends in the Indian Cuisine and his experience has gained him many accolades across India. The well-known North Indian restaurant by The Claridges is as famous for its unique highway eatery ambience as it is for its delectable cuisine.

The remarkable décor of the restaurant is inspired by a typical North Indian eatery around the highway with rustic wooden tables and chairs, natural flooring, thatched ceiling, traditional pickle containers, traditional pickle containers and an old radio playing hindi filmy songs from the black and white era.

The much appreciated signature dishes at the restaurant include tandoori kebabs, balti meat, baingan ka bharta and chef's special thali.
