Pressure of semis got to India: Gavaskar

Update: 2015-03-27 23:47 GMT
Dejected with India’s poor shot selection in the 329-run chase in the semifinal against Australia, former skipper Sunil Gavaskar said the pressure of the World Cup semifinal got to the team. “Team India succumbed under the pressure of big finals. India lost in all departments, especially in batting as they failed to build one strong partnership throughout the innings. The batsmen played irresponsibly,” Gavaskar said.
