Pakistan's Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected a petition seeking disqualification of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan from Parliament. The petitioner told the court Monday that Article 62 of the constitution demands a member of the assembly to bear good character and be non-profligate. Justice Maqbool Mahmood Bajwa rejected the petition. The petitioner said the PTI chairman's past is in contrast with the constitution and requested the court to disqualify him forever.
