Actor Pamela Anderson has expressed her unhappiness over the upcoming Baywatch movie. The big screen adaptation of the classic show is set to star Dwayne Johnson and Zac <g data-gr-id="13">Efron</g> but producers haven’t asked <g data-gr-id="12">original</g> star Anderson to resume her role of CJ Parker, reported TMZ.
“No one appreciates the remakes,” Anderson said. She also went on to describe making the show as the best time of her life and that the 1990s <g data-gr-id="11">was</g> a “simpler, sweeter time” for TV but that a contemporary remake won’t work.
It has been reported that the big screen reboot will follow the 21 Jump Street model, in that it will be an R-rated, adult take on the original show.
