Ops continue smoothly at Haryana’s Hero, Maruti plants

Update: 2016-02-25 22:36 GMT
Production at the plants of two-wheeler market leader Hero MotoCorp and largest car maker Maruti Suzuki in Haryana have returned to normalcy after disruptions due to the Jat quota stir in the state.

“All our plants are running normally today,” a Hero MotoCorp spokesperson said.

On Monday, the company had announced that dispatches from all its plants — at Gurgaon and Dharuhera (Haryana), Neemrana (Rajasthan) and Haridwar (Uttarakhand) — were affected due to blockade of National Highways and other roads.

Production had been partially impacted, it had said.
