The officials inspected various monuments and tourist attractions in the civic body’s area and found mosquito breeding at the four tourist attractions, after which notices were issued to the authorities concerned, a senior SDMC official said.

“They inspected nine historical, tourist and religious places that witness a substantial footfall. On finding breeding at Gandhi Darshan, Humayun’s Tomb, ISKCON Temple and Zoological Park, their authorities were issued notices by the SDMC’s Public Health Department,” he said.

No mosquito breeding was detected at Qutub Minar, Chattarpur Temple, Jahaz Mahal and Lotus Temple, he said.
