West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Jharkhand BJP leader and minister Saryu Roy and former Chief Ministers of J&K Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah were on Monday invited by Nitish Kumar for his swearing-in ceremony on Friday. Banerjee and the Abdullahs will be attending the politically-significant event in Patna on November 20. The Bihar Chief Minister has also invited his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal for the ceremony. Besides, Kumar has invited Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray for his oath-taking ceremony. However, the Sena chief expressed his inability to attend the ceremony, but told Kumar that two senior party leaders would remain present.
