Seeking to ensure safety of children in daycare centres, Kerala police has made CCTV cameras mandatory in such institutions in three districts.
Thiruvananthapuram Range IG, Manoj Abraham has directed all police station under his range to ensure that CCTV cameras are installed in all day-care centres.
With this order, the cameras would be installed in day care centres in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta, police sources here said.
