Move to benefit Reliance: AAP

The AAP has asked the Centre not to increase gas prices as advised by the previous government. Addressing media persons on Sunday after PM’s meeting with petroleum and finance minister, senior AAP leader and jurist Prashant Bhushan said in light of the CAG report, the present government should not push for increasing the prices of gas as demanded by Reliance Industries. ‘If the prices are now increased, they would only show that the NDA government is in the same grip of crony capitalism, just as the UPA  was,’ said a statement released by the party. Bhushan on Sunday alleged that the had exposed that how Reliance, in collusion with the UPA regime, siphoned off money from KG basin and caused serious damage to national interests.
