In a rare case, four people, travelling in a car, escaped unhurt in a road accident when the vehicle hit the divider, collided with another car and turned turtle about 25-metres away from the flyover near Film City in Noida on Sunday night. The police have said that the accident took place at around 12:30 am when four persons, identified as Gaurav Shukla, Prinsh Dubey, Sushil Singh and Ravinder, all residents of Kalkaji, were going home from Greater Noida in a Honda City car.

According to the police, Ravinder was driving the car and others were seated in the back seat. As they reached Film City flyover, the driver lost his control over the wheels and hit the divider. The car turned several times and collided with an Indigo car on the opposite lane. Later, it was thrown below the flyover. Police said that the speed of the car was too high when the driver lost control. The impact of the accident was so high that most part of the vehicle was smashed completely with the victims stuck inside.

The passers-by informed the cops and helped in the rescue of the victims. The occupants of the Indigo car, identified as Sharan and Arshad, suffered injuries and were admitted to a nearby hospital. Interestingly, the victims in the Honda City car escaped with minor injuries. They were released from the hospital after providing first aid. The car has been seized but no case has been registered yet.
