Mariah Carey to lend voice for Lego Batman Movie

Singer Mariah Carey is in talks to join the voice cast of the upcoming The Lego Batman Movie, the spin-off of 2014’s The Lego Movie.

The 45-year-old star will voice the mayor of Gotham City in the upcoming comedy movie, reported Aceshowbiz.

The All I want For Christmas Is You hitmaker was last seen on the big screen in 2013’s Lee Daniels’ The Butler.

Before that, she also collaborated with Daniels in 2009’s Precious based on the novel Push by sapphire.
Besides Carey, there are Ralph Fiennes, who will voice Alfred, Rosario Dawson, lending her voice for Batgirl, Michael Cera, to voice Robin, and Zach Galifianakis, for Joker.
