A 24-year-old man jumped to his death from the fourth floor of a building here, police said on Sunday.
Rahul Vijender Singh jumped off from a building housing many offices and shops at the Janakpuri district centre in west Delhi, around 4 pm when the area was crowded.
Police said that before jumping off, Rahul, resident of Bindapur, slashed one of his fingers and wrote the name ‘Ekta’ on a wall of the building.
‘The actual reason for the suicide has not been ascertained. The matter is under investigation,’ said a police officer.
