A 21-year-old man was arrested for the rape and murder of a five-year-old girl residing in his neighbourhood, police said on Tuesday. Prashant Singh, a resident of Nalanda in West Bengal, living in Sec-88 Labour Colony under the Sec-10 police station jurisdiction, was arrested by Gurgaon Crime Branch team. The father of the minor had reported that she was missing since September 15 afternoon.
