Nearly 10 persons were injured in two different clashes that broke out at Basanti and Joynagar in South 24 Parganas on Monday. Police said that two groups clashed with each other at Sukanta College at Basanti over the admission of candidates to BA first year. A clash broke out between the two groups as both the groups levelled charges of corruption against each other alleging that the rival group was taking money from some candidates to ensure their admission in the college. Around three persons have been injured.
