Foreign exchange earnings through tourism in India stood at Rs 40,411 crore in the first three months of 2016, the Lok Sabha was informed on Monday. Tourism Minister Mahesh Sharma said the foreign exchange earnings through tourism was INR 1,35,193 crore in 2015 and INR 1,23,320 crore in 2014.
