IMA oppose health ministry’s notification

Indian Medical Association organised a media briefing on Wednesday opposing steps taken by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare with regards to the registration of practitioners of Ayurved, Unani, Siddh and Homoeopathy.

The briefing was aimed clarifying IMA's objections to a notification issued by Vishwas Mehta, joint secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, to the state requesting them to make amendments to the
existing rules.
