HRD had asked UGC chairman to give details of Mauritius trip during FYUP row!

While controversy was still on regarding rolling back of the Delhi University’s controversial Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP), union human resource ministry has sent a letter to UGC chairman Ved Prakash seeking details of his Mauritius trip, according to a media report. The trip was conducted in the month of January earlier this year. As per media reports Ved Prakash had visited the foreign country in order to sign a MoU. Vigilance department of the Smriti Irani led HRD ministry sent the letter to him to inquire if he had taken approval from the concerned authorities regarding his visit.
