The National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) conducted a flagship event in Delhi on 17 and 18 November. It was attended by CEOs, medical directors and hospital owners. The conclave was inaugurated by Narottam Puri, chairman of NABH. ‘This provides an excellent platform for the sharing and exchange of views and it will also provide an opportunity to the NABH in getting feedback on its activities from the various hospitals’, said Puri.
‘With the goal to establish and operate accreditation programme for healthcare organisations, today NABH has almost 160 hospitals, 50 blood banks, 15 small healthcare organisations, 6 AYUSH hospitals and few other facilities like clinics, dental centres and stand alone radiology centres,’ said Gayatri Vyas Mahinderoo, director of NABH.
